How to be active all day long even after hours and hours of work?

Well, It all depends upon your fitness, diet and sleep.

Exercise regulary. Have good diet during breakfast and lunch. Include high nutrition items like curd, curd or ghee. Have at least an 6 hours of enough sleep, keep you active all day. You also have caffeine drinks like coffee or tea to energize you brain.  I basically exercise and include cow ghee in my diet which keeps me energetic whole day
