In some cases, you will receive an email from Hulu that your account is ready for use on your iPhone/iPad or Apple TV, however, the follow-up email from Apple may be delayed or not arrive.
Here are some troubleshooting steps:
- Make sure to check the email address associated with your Apple ID, which is not necessarily the same email address you use to log into Hulu
- Try searching your inbox for any emails sent from the address TestFlight <firstname.lastname@example.org>
- Consider checking your Spam folder
Please be aware that it may take up to 24 hours after you are notified by Hulu to receive the follow-up TestFlight email from Apple.
