For iTunes-billed subscribers, you can adjust your Hulu streaming library subscription plan on your computer, Apple TV (2nd and 3rd generation), or on your iOS device. With an iTunes-billed subscription, you will only be able to switch between the Limited Commercials and No Commercials plan.
To switch from the No Commercials plan to the Limited Commercials plan on your iOS device:
- From your iOS home screen, tap Settings
- Navigate to iTunes & App Store
- Select your Apple ID
- Tap View Apple IDand sign in, if prompted
- Under the Subscriptions section, tap Manage
- Select Huluto manage your subscription settings
- Select the Limited Commercials plan
- Tap Done
By switching to Limited Commercials, you will continue having access to your current No Commercials plan for the remainder of your current billing cycle. Your plan and updated subscription amount will be updated at the start of your next billing cycle.
HULU WITH LIVE TV AND PREMIUM ADD-ONS ON AN ITUNES-BILLED HULU SUBSCRIPTION
At this time, to subscribe to Hulu with Live TV, or to select Premium Add-ons like SHOWTIME, HBO, and Cinemax, you will need to switch to a Hulu-billed account.
To do so, please visit your Account page on a computer or mobile browser (sign in if prompted), and click Manage on Your Subscription section. After you confirm your changes, Hulu will cancel your iTunes-billed subscription and reinstate you as a Hulu-billed subscriber. Your current month’s iTunes-billed subscription fee will be prorated and refunded to your iTunes payment method. Your settings, viewing progress, and watch history will carry over to your new account.
