For iTunes-billed subscribers, you can adjust your Hulu streaming library subscription plan on your computer, Apple TV (2nd and 3rd generation), or on your iOS device.
To switch between the Limited Commercials and No Commercials plan on iTunes:
- Open iTunes and sign in with your Apple ID
- Click on the account name in upper right corner
- Click on Account Info
- Scroll down to Settings
- Navigate to Subscriptionsand select Manage
- On the Manage Subscriptionspage, locate Hulu and select Edit
- On the Edit Subscriptionpage, find Renewal Options and select between Hulu Limited Commercials and Hulu – No Commercials
- Click Done
Note that you will continue your current plan for the remainder of your current billing cycle. Your plan and updated subscription amount will be updated at the start of your next billing cycle.
HULU WITH LIVE TV AND PREMIUM ADD-ONS
With an iTunes-billed subscription, you will only be able to switch between the Limited Commercials and No Commercials plan.
At this time, to subscribe to Hulu with Live TV, or to select Premium Add-ons like SHOWTIME, HBO, and Cinemax, you will need to switch to a Hulu-billed account. To do so, please visit your account page on a computer or mobile browser (sign in if prompted), and click Manage on Your Subscriptionsection. After you confirm your changes, Hulu will cancel your iTunes-billed subscription and reinstate you as a Hulu-billed subscriber. Your current month’s iTunes-billed subscription fee will be prorated and refunded to your iTunes payment method. Your settings, viewing progress and watch history will carry over to your new account.
