Optical test benches are pretty easy to come by as they are an important piece of equipment in the lens manufacturing industry. But I have to admit, shopping around for one that best suits your needs can be like looking for the best air conditioning units in frozen Antarctica.
You’re best served searching for a good MTF test bench online. I did a quick search for you and found a company in Oxfordshire (I don’t know if you’re anywhere near there) called Image Science that provides several MTF benches for different spectral ranges.
