When there is no one in my house, what is do is try cooking. No one at home, try this and that. Put some spices and vegetables. Then serve it to yourself and eat yourself. That each and every minute is very enjoyable and gives happiness.
I like to read. In fact I read a lot and this helps me to calm down and be at peace. Different people have different ideas but reading just pulls me into it and my imagination soars and it helps me a lot.
