I am looking for some of the valid reasons to wear a pair of compression socks.

There are many reasons to wear compression socks but the reason for which I use to wear them is to increase muscular stability.

2. To reduce the risk of swelling and turgidity in feet and ankles
3. To diminish the risk of blood clotting
4. To reduce muscle soreness and cramping
5. For healing certain kinds of leg injuries
